What we do
We work where people, teams and technology meet — and look for what's keeping them apart.
Most blockages aren't technical or human in isolation; they live in the system between the two. We design solutions that reduce that friction: clearer relationships, fewer obstacles, more room for people to come closer together. Sometimes that's a tool. Sometimes it's the work of developing a person, a team, or a way of leading.
What we're making
Photogether
One shared album for a gathering — everyone adds photos by scanning a QR code. No accounts, no tracking, no names that outlive the night. When the moment has passed the album is deleted, not archived. Connection over accumulation.

Tools on Inner Development
Public exercises, practices and methods from the commons — Liberating Structures to Work That Reconnects to Theory U — mapped to the twenty-five skills of the Inner Development Guide, each labelled honestly for depth, holding and trust before you bring it to a group. An independent, unofficial companion, grown from the IDG Toolkit collaboration. What we’re prototyping here is what it takes to make a commons legible: origins travel with every tool, instructions link home, and nothing claims a review it hasn’t had.

The Inner Development Goals community on a map — the hubs, networks, centers and circles around the world, and the ambassadors and people behind them, drawn from the Foundation’s own public directory and dated where it was last read. An independent, unofficial prototype, made with people from the IDG community. What we’re prototyping here is what a movement can see of itself: a directory as living, open data rather than a page — every entry sourced, and the whole of it available as JSON for anyone who wants to build on it.

The IDG foundation is moving toward a decentralized, self-organizing form. We're part of a core team exploring a community operating system — the shared practices and structures that could hold the aliveness of a community as it organizes itself.

A free, recurring room in Karlstad where leaders step out of the day-to-day to think together, with the Inner Development Guide as shared language — a space in between the daily demands and the big decisions. This one we’re not only part of: we’re one of the three volunteers actually creating it, hosted with Karlstad CCC.

Nature Station builds office pods that bring the forest indoors — immersive nature environments for walking meetings and real recovery in the middle of the workday. Founded in Karlstad, like us. We're part of it as advisor and investor — lending our experience and our backing to a neighbour who, in their own way, is making more room for people to be well at work.
